"VERY poor communication. I signed up online for a rate of around 290 for 6 months, which I paid in full, then, I randomly received a text a few months later that my account was overdue by around 240. When I called the individual I spoke to was unable to address my concern of why I had an outstanding balance when I paid the 6 months in full upfront. She contacted the finance team and advised me that I would receive a callback in a day or so. A week later, there was still no callback with answers. I called again and was advised that the rate online is just a guestimate and that the rates may increase. Kind of wild. However, no one directly told me why it increased, considering that I have a fairly clean driving record (I had 2 hits & runs 3 years ago - not my fault). Note that no one also tried to contact me via my preferred method of contact (mail or email) or left a voicemail, & when I was contacted, it was maybe one phone call during the hours when I was in an internship at the time. When this was mentioned, they just apologized that THEIR preferred contact method didn't match mine. I never received an email with updates or any mail regarding the increased rate and if I wanted to continue with the services. Instead, it was instantly applied to my account. Might I add that they also took away my roadside assistance for too much usage on my previous insurance (I had a bad battery + alternator and FWD when I first moved to AK), this they did mail me about. Anyway, I received a letter stating that my insurance was terminated due to no payment after I canceled my services. Guarantee, this was mailed the day before I canceled the insurance. It's still silly since, technically, I was given a week to sort this out with very minimal effort from them. I left a voicemail to confirm that the overdue charge does not apply anymore and that this will not count against me; thankfully, I received a call back later the next day stating that I do not owe and this won't reflect poorly on me. Maybe if you go through an agent it's better and a smoother process without random hefty increases, but I wouldn't trust the online system or great communication."

"Was lied to about my monthly rate with my accidents involved that went from 633$ a month to 987$ then told that that 633$ was a down payment to open when it was clear that was my monthly rate then said I would be sent to collections when the bill isn’t even due until the 17th of march, and I’ve only had them open for one month. Do better with training your employees. I will be speaking to a hire up soon."

"I've had many insurance companies over the years and none of them are reasonable or as good as State Farm none of them although I currently don't have State Farm Insurance the staff at Justin Goodman are very professional and polite and I recommend State Farm Insurance to anybody who's currently has different Insurance Company they're all ripping you off you want to save some money call State Farm"

"I highly recommend Ms.Pillar. Although I wasn't good at English, she explained things calmly and in a fun way so that it was easy to understand. It took a really long time to receive the quote, but I was grateful that they explained each insurance option in an interesting way."

"best insurance in Alaska love that Pilar is always there to help me and all my family always answers my mom questions in Spanish since English is my mom second language. in general Pilar makes us feel part of her family always receives us even if we don't have an appointment.
